The disassembly and dismantling of an aircraft is a process with many risks. AELS is aware of these risks. The safety of our employees has the highest priority. Therefore every project will start with a risk assessment. All temporary employees will be trained prior to start with all the regulations that are of order. No work will start until all the needed safety precautions are executed.
AELS' ambition is to be the best in our market. We therefore demand only the highest quality of ourself and our partners. To stay the best we are improving our processes continuously. This is reached by incremental improvements that are enforced by following our internal procedures. After each project we do not only evaluate our suppliers but also our procedures. Our customers are also asked to provide us with feedback. New developments and improvements are shared in monthly quality meetings. We are also very content that our processes have been accredited by AFRA.
