Meet Rik. Early 2026 Rik joined AELS as Purchasing Manager. Rik will support our Repair Management team by focusing on one key question: how do we get the maximum value out of every component? He will actively work on optimizing repair quotes, sourcing aircraft parts from the market, and identifying smart purchasing opportunities that help us stay competitive and service-oriented, always with the end customer in mind. Outside of AELS, he runs an online bookstore, he plays tennis and is actively involved in organising the tennis club tournament.
